I don't know how you would dose these animals without a gram scale. We use
Panacur suspension at our practice. For a small gecko like P. androyensis,
you are probably going to have to dilute out the suspension, so that you
can give it a measurable amount of drug. You will need to weigh the gecko
to calculate a dose. I don't like to just give a drop of something and
hope it is safe. You never know how a species is going to handle a over
dose of a drug.
I also agree with Lyle and Ken about doing a fecal prior to treating an
animal. Panacur will not get coccidia, flagellates, flukes, and certain
types of worms. Why waste the time treating an animal for a parasite that
they might have? You could test a fecal sample from each group of animals,
find out what they have, and treat for that parasite.
