I sent out five gecko shipments Monday, four of which were supposed to
arrive Tuesday. None did. I can understand the one in the east coast
destination (Virginia), but not the one going to Washington State, just
two states away from me. Apparently there is a different set of rules
for live animals now with Express Mail. The post office first tells me
the live reptiles will go on Fedex flights and things will be like they
used to be, now they are telling me they will go commercial and aren't
allowed on Fedex flights. I have two other failures from when they
started this Fedex stuff.

My question is, well then, if we cannot call and get info on guaranteed
time of arrival, how are we supposed to predict when live reptiles will
arrive? It seems they are now a two-day service to more destinations
because of the Fedex deal. Anyone got any details from a real Express
Mail supervisor?
