Julie and list,

I have a copy of a letter pertaining to the shipping of live animals that was
distributed to all our branch post offices by the supervisor of express mail
at our distribution center. It states that Fed Ex planes used by USPS will
not ship live animals. Although, live animals will be accepted for shipping
if there are available commercial flights to the desired destinations. (In
the past, Emery was preferred by the USPS and the commercial airlines were
avoided when shipping animals.) Looks like this is going to put a real crimp
in shipping animals for everyone.

Hope your geckos make it, Julie. BTW, we did have mail delivered
today....although, it all appeared to be from local origins.

Stacy
