Being in my location of the United States, New Mexico, all express mail I
send is guaranteed 2 day. Even if I send overnight, 2-day guarantee. I
could probably ship to El Paso, TX, an hour away, and have it take 2 days.
I have no worry with the 2 day guarantee. I've been shipping USPS for the
past 6 years I've lived here in NM and have only had 1 delayed package
coming to me or going to a destination (KNOCK ON WOOD!). ALL animals have
arrived fine and were eating shortly after arriving or a few days
afterwards. The 2 day guarantee does "round up" to 3 pm by second day. Any
and all packages shipped express mail, whether slated to make it in 1 day or
2, are guaranteed to arrive on the 2nd day by 3 pm or your shipping is to be
refunded.

Now, due to a certain VERY unfortunate and saddening turn of events, all
airline flights have been halted. If any mail is being delivered today (I
don't believe it is) it will more than likely go by ground. If I remember
right, the airport rep. for Logan Airport said that no cargo will be going
on planes. If this applies to the whole US, I wouldn't recommend shipping
anything other than bills. It appears it's going to be a VERY long while
before packages will be shipped. Prices may also go up even more now that
packages will have to be extensively examined, ignoring the fact that
airliners will be examined even more now. At least I'd assume.

Just my 2 cents.
Chris
Words cannot be put the how I feel.
