I was furniture shopping this past Saturday at an import store that
specializes with Indochina furniture. While there I had opened a drawer to
look inside and I found a gecko! My husband was able to catch it and now
"it" has a new home. We just couldn't leave him there because we knew he
would die. From his nose to his tip of his tail it is 2 inches. It's tail
has white and black stripes and his body is brownish-black with tiny white
spots. It seems to have taken to his little home, it's starting to walk
around now. We are interested in what kind he is. Can anyone offer any ideas
what species it could be.
