Do to flash, the pics aren't as clear, but you'll notice on the male spurs
where his tail base meets.  You'll also notice he has 2 dark spots below the
vent opening.  Because of lack of clarity you can't really tell, but the
male also has secretions from his femoral pores.  At about 5-7 inches males
will develop these secretions.  Females may or may not have evidentice of
pores.  In both of my adult males (14 and 16 inchers) neither have notable
bulges.  I'll try to get clearer pics of the pores later tonight.
