I think its NOT a good idea to breed on these different subspecies.

Three subspecies have the last two years been exported from Comoros to
Madagascar and from there to all over the world. P.v-nigra v-nigra,
P.v-nigra pasteuri, P.v-nigra comorograndensis.
OF COURSE they should not be crossbred !
