I currently have 3 leopard gecko females in a 20 long. They get along pretty
good. But, my youngest one is the most aggressive when it comes to feeding,
so it seems to intimidate the two larger more laid-back females. So, they
come out and eat after the youngun' has finished eating and gone to hide or
bask, and they don't eat very much. I give plenty food for 3, but the
youngest one gobbles everything up except for what she misses. So when the
older females start hunting, I give them more food, but they don't eat much.
I'm thinking of separating them so it's less stressful for all 3 of them. I
currently have 5 hides in that enclosure right now, they all seem to get
along quite well. It does seem a bit cramped in a 20 long with three
females, but otherwise they get along okay.

I would say more hides than geckos so they can choose another hide for
themselves if they want. 4 in a 20 long seems kind of cramped to me because
3 seems cramped here. So, I would consider setting up two 20 longs and
putting two geckos in each tank. Just my two cents.
