Hi Tobey, Dr. Brian Viets did some research on leos and found that 1.2s (one male and two females) seem to be the best combo for reproduction and health. I have found this to be true in my own experience and have mostly 1.2s or 0.3s and a circulating male who doesn't stay permanently. This goes for the usual 32 quart breeder sweaterbox.
The previous observations are very worthwhile, overcrowding leads to stress > disease.
