Hi Anna,
can you review your set up for us? ( cage design, temps....)
That way it will be easier to find ways to offer help.
I would remove any uneaten crickets after offering them. They can
intimidate and even bite your gecko.
You can try leaving some food, like a carrot or apple slice, inthe cage to
coax them out if they are hiding.
It is also normal for a newly acclimating leopard gecko to need a few days
to adjust to a new home.
