Hi Yuri,

We keep the P. klemmeri in 1.2 and 1.1 groups with very little aggression.
The enclosure you mentioned should work well with this smaller species of
Phelsuma. We have noticed though that one female of the 1.2 group will
become dominant and will become the main breeder. The P. klemmeri need a
well planted enclosure with either several basking spots or one large
basking area that all the geckos can get under at the same time. We use
several 10 watt "hockey puck" style low-voltage halogen lamps to provide for
this.
We remove the eggs from the enclosure and incubate them in a special
night-drop controlled incubator with great success.
As far as the P. l. laticauda and P. l. angularis they are best kept in
pairs unless you have a large enclosure 28"h x 24"w x 18"d. We now only keep
them in pairs with no aggression in enclosures similar in size to yours.
