I used to keep P.klemmeri in 1.5 groups with no problems at all. At least 3 of the 5 females were even breeding. This is a ratio I have seen in the wild too, even with a second male, but that I would not try in a terrarium.
P.laticauda 1.1!!! If so, what are your ratios and what are the approximate dimensions of your enclosures (please specify unit of measurement - e.g. inches, centimeter etc.). Do any of you leave eggs in with the adults and let them hatch and grow up? Please share your experience. The reason I ask, is that I have two enclosures, vertically oriented that measure: height width depth 24" 12" 12" inches 60 30 30 centimeters And I wanted to find out if these would be suitable for 1.2 or ?.? for either of the two species. Thanks for any help you can provide.
