Hi Brad,

First, how are you keeping this gecko? By itself? Hopefully so. Also, the
terrarium should be simple and small, meaning paper towel tubes and tp rolls
cut in 1/2 for hiding, and paper towels for substrate.

Second, the food must be matched to the gecko by head size. Food should be
about 90% of the size of the gecko's head. For a baby white-lined, Gekko
vitattus, you should be feeding two week old crickets. How many food items are
you offering at a time? 3-5 crickets at a time until the gecko does eat sounds
reasonable. You don't want to overwhelm a hatchling with food, especially in
the first 3-4 days or so. Often the first day or two after hatching they are
not hungry because they still are digesting nutrients from the egg.

So, if you have any of that food left in the terrarium, get it out completely
and start feeding 3-5 crickets at a time. If they do not eat those in an hour
or so, remove them. Try apricot fruit babyfood, most will take that. Be sure
to mist the terrarium a couple times daily. Hatchlings can easily become
dehydrated.

Let us know how it goes!
