Julie,
I agree they have to be one of the most bizarre of the reptile world,
even compared to horned lizards (I live in Reno, Nevada, were I see these all the
time). I was under the impression from Eric Pianka's papers that they're are
extremely protected. Although zoo's should try keeping them It would be nice
to see a live one.
Are you going to be in the Sacramento herp show on August 2nd and 3rd?
