I never bred Nancy because of some problems leopards older than three or
more years have with breeding getting egg-bound and such.

Julie, Sorry about your loss.

Thank you Yuri.
Does this age limit for first time breeders apply to other gecko species?

For example, I have a soon to be three year old female Rhacodactylus
ciliatus. I have never bred her. I wanted to resist the urge to just breed
her and wanted her to get to an adult size. Have I waited too long to
breed her?

I sure don't know of any cases outside of leopards. I would make sure she has plenty of calcium carbonate available to her at all times and and good supplementation. I also use full-spectrum on my R. ciliatus as I lost a female to MBD without it.
