Hi Elizabeth, I just never had luck with out and felt the oil clogged pores too much. Both methods have probably been around the same time.

I note that you are recommending liquid soap for mite treatment. Have you found that liquid soap is more effective than vegetable or mineral oil for suffocating mites?
