You wouldn't want to let the dogs play with the geckos, or have them in a place where the dogs were pestering them or barking at them all the time. But unless someone else has some kind of wisdom of which I have been deprived and knows otherwise, I can't think of a single reason that you couldn't own both types of animals, proper precautions being taken, of course.
