I agree we can't get rid of the command not found message, but
we can easily add some checks after GUILE_FLAGS to validate the environment
variables set by GUILE_FLAGS such as: GUILE_CFLAGS GUILE_LDFLAGS or
GUILE GUILE_CONFIG GUILE_TOOLS. Really failing and then continuing to
run is probably the worst failure mode possible.
