For those of you who are interested in what the other guys are doing

It is always interesting to see how other people have solved the
same problem(s).
What do people think of the whole idea of running an external program
(like Cvpcb) to assign footprint information? Obviously, for heavy
symbols this step is completely unnecessary, however, for a light-only
symbol library something similar might be required...
