If you connect the NC symbol to any net which has only one connection, the DRC should not report any warnings or errors. If you get warnings or errors, it's a bug. There is a test case schematic in gaf sources just to check this. It's at: gnetlist/tests/drc/unconnected-pin-with-drc-directive.sch Can you please run the DRC with that schematic and verify that no warnings neither errors are issued?. The correct result is stored at: gnetlist/tests/drc/unconnected-pin-with-drc-directive.drc2 If this test run ok for you, please submit a small schematic showing the error, and I'll try to track it down.
