FWIW I just re-submitted, unchanged, the design files for a 48mm x 96mm board that was successfully fabbed by BatchPCB a few weeks ago, just to see if it still passed DRC or if something in their drc-bot has changed. This has front/back silk, front/back mask, front/back copper, and I said "1.3 normal" on the drill file. This file contains bunches of %LN<blivit>% lines.
It passed DRC. So.... ????
