It doesn't work for me either. Both, reconfig and autogen.sh produce warnings about a missing config.h.in . Example: ---------------------------------------------------- /usr/local/geda-src/gaf/gsymcheck$ ./autogen.sh processing . autogen.sh running: aclocal ... autogen.sh running: automake ... docs/Makefile.am:12: `%'-style pattern rules are a GNU make extension configure.ac:13: required file `config.h.in' not found autogen.sh running: autoconf ... ---------------------------------------------------- I see this at work and at home too. My desktops run Debian/squeeze . One of them was updated to the latest packages yesterday.
