Saya kurang tahu sistem Belanda, coba anda uraikan.

Kalau sistem Indonesia boro2 master, dokter cuman S1 atau Bachelor

Kalau US, dokter kayak Indonesia itu tidak dikenal, yg ada setingkat S1 itu BS
in Pre-Med yg masih harus melanjutkan sekolah lagi, yg kalau kemudian cuman
ngambil Master jadinya ya Physician Assistan, kalau yg benar2 physician ya
tingkat doctoral Doctor of Medicine.

Probleemnya mana yang benar : MD setingkat master atau setingkat Doktor. In
Canada, the M.D. is the basic medical degree required to practice medicine.
Kalau Basic degree ya
 dokter biasa, di Belanda Drs.
Di Belanda dianggap masih tingkat master, jadi Drs, sama sekali bukan Doktor.

Memang anda mau menginterpretasikan apa? bukankah sudah dibahas berulang kali?

 MD:
 BS/BA (4 th) -> pendidikan MD (4 th) -> residency (3-7 th, depend on
specialty); total 11-15 th

 PhD:
 BS/BA (4 th) -> pendidikan PhD (4 th); total 8 th

 Post Doctoral:
 BS/BA (4 th) -> pendidikan PhD (4 th) -> Post Doctoral (3-5 th); total 11-13 th

Dari lamanya program pendidikan kelihatannya MD setara dgn Post Doctoral.

Silahkan interpretatie sendiri : United States and Canada[edit
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Doctor_of_Medicine&action=edit&section=5]
In the United States, MDs are awarded by medical schools as "Professional
Doctorate"[9] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_of_Medicine#cite_note-9[10]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_of_Medicine#cite_note-10 (as opposed to
the Doctor of Philosophy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_of_Philosophy
degree which requires additional studies) and are accredited by the Liaison
Committee on Medical Education
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liaison_Committee_on_Medical_Education (LCME), an
independent body sponsored by the Association of American Medical Colleges
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_of_American_Medical_Colleges and the
American Medical Association
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Medical_Association (AMA).[11]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_of_Medicine#cite_note-11[12]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_of_Medicine#cite_note-NRMP-12
Admission to medical schools in the United States and Canada is highly
competitive, and in the United States about 17,800 out of approximately 47,000
applicants received at least one acceptance to any medical school in recent
application years. Before entering medical school, students are required to
complete a four-year undergraduate degree and take the Medical College
Admission Test (MCAT) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MCAT; however, some
combined undergraduate/medical programs exist. Before graduating from a medical
school and achieving the Doctor of Medicine degree, students are required to
take the United States Medical Licensing Examination
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Medical_Licensing_Examination
(USMLE) Step 1 and both the clinical knowledge and clinical skills parts of
Step 2. The M.D. degree is typically earned in four years. Following the
awarding of the MD, physicians who wish to practice in the United States are
required to complete at least one internship year (PGY-1) and pass the USMLE
Step 3 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USMLE_Step_3. In order to receive board
eligible or board accredited status in a specialty of medicine such as general
surgery https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_surgery or internal medicine
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internal_medicine, they undergo additional
specialized training in the form of a residency
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Residency_(medicine). Those who wish to further
specialize in areas such as cardiology https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiology
or interventiona l radiology
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interventional_radiology then complete a
fellowship https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fellowship_(medicine). Depending upon
the physician's chosen field, residencies and fellowships involve an additional
three to eight years of training after obtaining the M.D. This can be
lengthened with additional research years, which can last one, two, or more
years.
In Canada, the M.D. is the basic medical degree required to practice medicine.
McGill University Faculty of Medicine
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McGill_University_Faculty_of_Medicine is the only
medical school in Canada that continues to award the M.D.,C.M. degrees
(abbreviated M.D.C.M.). M.D.C.M. is from the Latin
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_language "Medicinae Doctorem et Chirurgiae
Magistrum" meaning "doctor of medicine and master of surgery". Upon graduation,
students enter into a residency phase of training. Prior to obtaining
independent practicing license from a provincial regulatory body, students must
complete the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_Council_of_Canada_Qualifying_Examination
to obtain the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Licentiate_of_the_Medical_Council_of_Canada
(LMCC) qualifications.

 Medical Doctor.
