Rupanya banyak bekas pegawai jadi pengusaha ?
Indonesia, perusahaan milik pemerintah sudah bisa bangun gerbong sendiri.
Sekarang perusahaan yang lebih besar, dibangun di Banyuwangi.

China is not over built whatever they did is to improve the life of her
people. For instant the CR (now they call the bullet train just simply
China Railways) is on request, say that you are living in a town that is
not yet having a good transport system, or faraway from the nearest train
(bullet train) station, the town representative can file a request or
petition to the provincial transportation bureau to consider opening a line
to your town, in few months, only a few months, you will get it, either a
high speed roadway or bullet train, no request is consider wasteful or
unnecessary.
CR is not just one central company, the bullet train lines are run by don't
know how many company, I just found out recently when I wanted to order the
on board lunch box for 190 TFI participants, I got to ride on that specific
route the train that I book for the group to find out which train company
it is belonged to, and to order it from the caterer of that line in Xiamen.
Central government is not over burdened by building those 23000 km
railroad, they are join venture with private company, and to lease the
lines to such as drug company, beverage company, or even healthcare company
etc, so the line could be named that investor's line, and to be managed
individually. That is China way of doing business.
The train builders also the same, they are many factory and assembly lines
with separate ownership, they individually continue to innovate and to
improve the quality of the train, so if you are riding on it, you will find
they are not the same design but similar comfort.
At the present, from every departing station is one sortie every 20
minutes, means such as Guangzhou to Beijing in the distance of LA to
Chicago is 85 trains a day one way. Due to high demand, they will push it
to one every 5 minutes departure. Every departure takes 16 cars, so you
could imagine how many cars needed for one day just for that line. The
factory will be 24 hours non stop to produce it. Job Job Job and Work Work
Work, everybody is happy.
Every major crazy projects just the same in the system that central
supervised private sector to build, toll ways, dams and energy sources,
canals, bridges, parks development, we must pay for using it, everybody
pitch in financially.
The high rises residential or commercial building are still in high demand,
still shortage every where, and we foreigners are not allow to purchase
any. People are prosperous now even they look like being poor in our way of
judging them by the appearance.
