I think there is some problem with the review board. It is taking
considerably more time to show diffs. I think the review board is doing
some processing / caching because of which it is taking time. Try viewing
the following patch:

It is likely that the diffs for the first few files will probably appear
quickly since I tried to view this diff. But others will not, especially
those on the second page. I tried to view this review request both from my
home and here in the department. Both the times the review board responded
very slowly.
