Hi,

Changing the naming/organization of activateContext/wakeup is an orthogonal
change to these patches and is unrelated to adding multi-threading
support.  These patches did not create these functions and did not change
their operation other than extension to loop/work with multiple threads.
Forgetting to state this in the edits/revisions was an oversight (mixed
emails/reviewboard commenting for the multiple patches).
