Hello all,

I've been looking at the SystemC example (util/systemc) and the TLM examples
(util/tlm) and trying to figure out if both examples are actually needed. As
far as I can tell, the TLM example is basically a more well-structured and
recently updated clone of the SystemC example. However, the SystemC example has
some extra features that the TLM example doesn't such as the ability to
create/restore checkpoints, set parameters, and switch CPUs. So the question I
have is: if I were to port the SystemC example's extra features over to the TLM
example, would the SystemC example still be needed or are they attempting to
show different things that I'm just not seeing?

Regards,
Paul
