Hi Kassan,

You should not have to change anything in gem5, assuming you have installed 
protobuf properly.

Subject: [gem5-users] protobuf inline header not defined

Hi all,
I am trying to use the commMonitor buyt I realised I dont have protobuf. After 
I installed the protobuf and set the paths now I get error saying "protobuf 
inline header not defined" and now i cant compile gem5. Any suggestions?
