It is a readable summary. At the end, I felt a wash of overwhelming
sadness. We've been talking, talking, talking about GenderGap and
improving diversity for so many years, it's really depressing to
reflect on it. The most tangible outcome seems to be that those that
stick their heads out too often get banned or brutally cyberbullied.

I wish we could pull the plug and start again.
