>From what i understand there was no acquiring, but a mergence (aka merger) of 2 entities, one being spacial and the other being Ando. If there was an aquiring usualy the $$ is mentioned somewhere in the press-release, however ill leave the official word on that up to management on the exact details, as they are currently sketchy at best.
