According to RAIN ... quoting Louis ... the two companies will continue to operate independently. There is mention that the companies will develop a plan for integration.
I suspect (and this is only my observation of how things have always been handled since 2003) if Louis, et al, wants the SAM users to know anything more than a mere two-sentence note in RAIN ... we'll get the news third-handed.
