Well on the software side it won't change anything.  SAM will be SAM.  This
is merely just for Ad Insertion technologies.  Just that Ando's technologies
will be matriculated into our software, which are Ad Insertion.

It's really nothing for the general public to worry about because it won't
affect the end user.

As far as merger and acquisition, it's really semantics at this point.  It's
how you see it in the big picture.  My suggestion is not to fret because we
still have our development team hard at work and things will continue on the
Spacial side.

According to RAIN ... quoting Louis ...  the two companies will continue to 
operate independently.  There is mention that the companies will develop a 
plan for integration.

I suspect (and this is only my observation of how things have always been 
handled since 2003) if Louis, et al, wants the SAM users to know anything 
more than a mere two-sentence note in RAIN  ... we'll get the news 
third-handed.

And, since it's really none of our business as consumers (and not investors)

... so just get over it.  Remember everybody's Uncle Walter  ended every 
newscast ... "AND THAT'S THE WAY IT IS!"
