Well on the software side it won't change anything. SAM will be SAM. This is merely just for Ad Insertion technologies. Just that Ando's technologies will be matriculated into our software, which are Ad Insertion.
It's really nothing for the general public to worry about because it won't affect the end user. As far as merger and acquisition, it's really semantics at this point. It's how you see it in the big picture. My suggestion is not to fret because we still have our development team hard at work and things will continue on the Spacial side.
