I get that your trying to setup the Mic and I go to Voice FX then hit config
(make sure mic is off). Then I set my record sound card device set to
SoundBlaster. I have no problem with it working that way. My input line from
mixer is got to mic input on SoundBlaster card. I found the best sound I get
is with a Logitech 19.95 headset. I have 5 other commerical mics and could not
get them to sound clear and strong at the same time. So I run this mic thru
sams and out to the mixer. Works better. I have tried realtik sound card and
got ton's echo and distortion so installed soundblaster which works a lot
better.
