Just to get a answer to a ticket would be nice I have had a ticket submitted
since last Friday and no answer

It sort-of makes sense if you consider the ticket system is used by both
clients and non-clients.
It is also used by StreamAds, SpacialNet and SpacialAudio clients.

I'm with you that a single login would be nice, but unfortunately not that
easy to always achieve.

Why is there another password to view tickets.  Seems to me a waste 
to have a different password to view you tickets.  You can send a 
ticket signing into the client but you need a another password to 
view.  I see no since in that at all.  If you say that's for security 
reason that does not empress me at all.  Just another pain in the butt
thing.
