Well I never did get answer from message sent to support, then to 
activation, and then ticket.  Even when I tried putting in lost 
password and gave my email never got answer.  So, system not working 
some place for sure.  I would of thought when you submit a ticket it 
would send you a email response your ticket number  ***** will be 
responded to in 24hrs or something like that.  Never got anything.
