im getting under the impression i have pissed off someone without knowing it? if no one can help me with this problem then i would suggest the "company" arrive to an alternative
or at least give me a reason why i get intermitted and imcomplete support? i dont mean to offend anyone by this message but if you can no longer help me with this problem then wouldnt it be prudent to simply tell me so instead of just no longer contacting me?
