fonts/tools etc. I want the process of installing UbuntuME in arabic
easy for the end-user. I need to know what packages/softwares/tools I
need to install... (I ask you that because I'm not an Arabic-speaking
person)

Amazing work indeed, my comments as follows:
1- need to add Arabic interface ASAP
2- would be nice to have arabic screenshots on your website
3- Having arabic version of your website is a great addon
4- need to configure your form to have a valid sender address otherwise
many tweaked mailservers will deny your activation emails such as mine:
