I can't send you emails too, I have the following error:
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT

host orbit.kuwaitnet.net [216.40.249.3]: 451 Could not complete
sender verify callout
I have contacted my web hosting provider but they need some more
info to reproduce the problem. Could you tell us how is configured
your mail server?

Amazing work indeed, my comments as follows:
1- need to add Arabic interface ASAP
2- would be nice to have arabic screenshots on your website
3- Having arabic version of your website is a great addon
4- need to configure your form to have a valid sender address otherwise
many tweaked mailservers will deny your activation emails such as mine:
