What we are planning to do is directly synchronizing the exported content from the wiki. Confluence provide support for directly applying theme for the wiki, for that we have to deploy custom themes(JAR archives) in Confluence. But there is a risk in this scenario. Malformed theme JARs can break Confluence. So the best option is to export content from Confluence and apply custom styles to that exported content.
