Go to freshmeat and download a rescue disk. Make it. Boot it and at the
LILO prompt (if it doesn't give you one try another one) mount your
Linux partition as your root filesystem:
LILO: linux root=/dev/hd??
You can then run lilo to install LILO in the MBR.
