Although it's not free, I highly recommend SecureCRT from VanDyke
Technologies (
http://www.vandyke.com/
). It has a huge feature set (telnet, rlogin, serial, tapi, ssh1 & ssh2 
connections) and the keys can be mapped to your liking.
