Well, one problem with putty is that you miss out on one of the big features of SSH: RSA (SSH1) and DSA (SSH2/OpenSSH) authentication. Real bummer since it's nice to move around your network without needing to remember any passwords. Better yet, if you use the ssh agent you don't need to establish a web of trust across host/accounts and you can just zip around everywhere from your one trusted machine. Very sweet.
