Count me in with puTTY, if anyone's counting.  The fact that there's nothing
to install makes it quite easy to use even on classroom computers with
Fortres installed (I love that program).  And it works well on the (*ahem*)
older computers I get to deal with.  Being able to type "putty @firewall" to
automatically load my saved "firewall" connection settings and connect is a
nice shortcut.  (I've got that as a button in IE on my computers.)
If puTTY had SSH2 support, it'd be even better (I have an ISP that doesn't
do but telnet and SSH2), but I get by by SSH-ing to my friendly linux box
and going from there (and that way I get to use "screen", too).
