Well, I'd agree if it took two less steps to get an iconified
app back on the desktop.  :)

The point here seems to be that BB's author seems to prefer the
concept of windowshading to iconifying.   At least BB doesnt do animated
windowshading -- the couple of occasions I've tried Afterstep and WM,
that drove me batty.   (in fairness, I think you can shut that off)

Well, BB does feel kind of rough coming from another, more full featured
window manager.   I'd been using IceWM before, but was compelled to change
after IceWM's maintainers put out a few bad, buggy releases.  The main
thing I dont like about IceWM (besides the Windows look-n-feel) is that
most of it's controls get in the way (always on top taskbar, cant move
title bars above the top of the screen, cant fully maximize). But IceWM
does have a friendly feel.

Every window manager has its quirks.   I guess the only one I've been
completely happy with was FVWM 2.x.   Of course that looks a little dowdy
now.
