Same here, the newsletter is a good source of info.

Just read through Tim O'Reilly's article: "Post-P2P
Conference Comments from HailStorm Architect Mark
Lucovsky" and it opened my eyes a little more towards
M$. Can it be true? Does M$ really want to
interoperate? Maybe the open-source community should
redefine success as not being the downfall of M$, but
interoperability, which means we are very close to
succeeding.

I'm currently working in a M$ systems integration
firm, and I'm struggling with learning to do things
the M$ way (ASP, VBScript, IIS, etc *shudder*), but
I'm resolved to learn it, so that I can critique it
from knowledgeble experience rather than a knee-jerk
reaction. And I do see that the open-source community
will have to interoperate with Hailstorm and .NET just
as we have had to do with SMB and many other M$
protocols. So, the experience is good for me. Though I
am developing a slight nervous tic... :)
