AMD K6-2 500 on my desktop, AMD K-something 233 on my laptop. Both dual boot Red Hat 7.2 and Windows 98. Virtually never crash. I've had the same Windows install on the desktop for nearly two years, and I game and trade out vid cards and all kinds of stuff.
