Here is the 'deal'. I have a dual-booted Celeron 400. The first ("C")
drive has WIN 2000
on it. I use it at home to do work. It's a 15 gig Maxtor.
The 'second' drive, is a 6 gig Maxtor and presently has Caldera 2.3 on it.
I am not happy
with the Caldera and wish to *remove* or "overlay" it with MD ver 8.1.
The last time I did the MD 8.0 install, it "overewrote" the boot sector on
the "C" drive and
did NOT allow me to even access it.
ANY 'ideas' on how to keep this from happening, again?
