I'd like to see if I can successfully install the Red Hat 7.3 binaries to get a working system before embarking on compiling kernels and modules.
I'm trying to figure out how to get setup to work When I execute the 'setup' command I get a menu with several options, some of which look promising, but lock the system. Apparently I don't have Linuxconf installed, so can't use that to see what options have been taken. I'm afraid that compiling additional modules would open more mystery doors than offer solutions to the present ones.
