Anyway, they did seem like pretty good people to work with. They were going to put up a 300' tower on our site and provide us with 55 mbit to LSU. It fell through because of objections from our scientific staff here, due to concerns about RF interference with the interferometer. Just remember, there are a TON of web designers that DO NOT HAVE A CLUE. and there are Network admins/CEOs/etc. that do not have a clue about web designs and let the clueless web designers "make a pretty page" and get their check. sorta like not judging a book by it's cover.... But, then again, I had no choice but to investigate them as an ISP, because there are not that many viable options around here. If it was not the case, I probably would not have considered them because of the web page. This does sound like the dilemma Chuck is in... not too many alternatives.
