Please do me a personal favor. If you choose not to do business with them, send them a note about their site not being accessable to the handicapped and list it as one of the reasons you went with the competition. If you do decide to do business with them, urge them to use code that validates at www.w3.org on their website.
It is so much easier to design a site that is accessable to all people, even the challenged, than to create one of those flash monstrosities. I do not understand why those idiots want to deprive 20% of the population of access to their sites! Even a child could use Tidy to clean up a half-way decent website. This is my personal pet peeve. If you can't validate it at W3, why bother. Argh.
